CPE has also participated in the Kilkenny Enterprise Development Programme & The Management Development Mentor Programme, endorsed by Forbairt. CPE has a highly skilled workforce of 10. We have a policy of training and upgrading the various skills of our employees, encouraging the ongoing training and development of apprentice fabricators and fitters.

CPE Contracts

While 90 per cent of contracts are secured through consultant companies, CPE has secured contracts with Kilkenny County Council and Limerick County Council. Through consultancy contracts, CPE has manufactured and installed equipment for Glanbia, Swords Laboratories, Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Bulmers and various waste and water treatment plants, Kilkenny County Council, Limerick County Council, Grattan Development Programme (Dublin), South Tipperary Co Council, Laois Co Council and Carlow Co Council.

Swords Wastewater Scheme

In conjunction with Bowen Water Technology, CPE manufactured the rotary scraper bridges and auxiliary equipment for the Swords wastewater scheme. The bridges were unique and manufactured to Bowen's design. They were 60ft long lattice-framed rotary bridges (the diameter of the tank being 120ft), like a radius, rotating around the circumference of the tank like the hand of a clock. CPE completed this within 12 weeks.

Recent CPE Contracts

Other CPE projects include the manufacture of water and wastewater treatment equipment and installation of a water treatment plant for Aventis Pharmaceuticals in addition to the installation of a water treatment and sludge plant for Bulmers in Clonmel and an effluent plant upgrade for Dairygold Co Op society Ltd Mitchelstown.
